Daniel Bolte
Owner / Manager
A true hospitality lifer, Dan has been in the industry longer than he’s been legally allowed to drink in it. His career started early—by age eight, he was crushing boxes at the Grand Hotel in Wollongong, and by eleven, he was washing dishes at the Grand Hotel in Bowral. Somewhere in between, he even managed to wag Year 6 to sell golf balls (a true entrepreneur from the start).
Dan went on to hone his craft in both the kitchen and front of house, working his way through Sydney and Canberra’s top hotels, fine dining restaurants, and buzzing inner-city cafés and bars. With a Diploma of Hospitality and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and also Floristry under his belt, he brings expertise, energy, and a deep love for the industry to every event and service. Whether it’s running a seamless wedding, staffing a last-minute event, or shaking up the perfect cocktail, Dan knows what it takes to keep hospitality running smoothly— because he’s been doing it his whole life!

Jasper
Operations Manager
Born in Canada but raised in the heart of Kings Cross, Jasper was practically destined for the fast-paced world of hospitality. Despite a brief flirtation with construction (hard hats just weren’t his style), he quickly realized that his real passion lay in event management. Armed with a Diploma in Event Management and a knack for keeping things running like a well-oiled machine, Jasper ensures every event, booking, and last-minute staffing request is handled with precision and flair.
Whether it’s coordinating a flawless wedding, organizing top-tier hospitality teams, or making sure the mobile bar is stocked and ready to roll, Jasper thrives on the energy of the industry. With his sharp eye for detail and ability to keep calm under pressure, he’s the behind-the-scenes mastermind who makes sure everything goes off without a hitch—except, of course, when it’s a wedding!
